Amid the buzz around the iPhone 16, Zagg unveiled its custom embroidery case. We aimed to craft a campaign that felt equally bold and distinctly 'Zaggy.

THE PROCESS

Where it started

We used Zagg's phone case designs to inspire unique characters, leveraging Midjourney to match each case’s style as a proof of concept. With the new custom embroidery feature, we created even more distinct, personalized characters—embodying the idea of 'custom cases for people who Zagg.

Where it went

We wanted to match the innovation and boldness of the iPhone 16 launch, so we embraced AI-generated imagery to push creative boundaries. By blending Zagg’s phone cases into the visuals, we crafted distinct, ‘Zaggy’ characters that became the centerpiece of the campaign, driving a unique and memorable launch.

Thus our characters and campaign were born.

How it’s going

We elevated these characters by integrating our newest bold, colorful design style—zigzags, bright hues, and dynamic visuals that made each character stand out. The campaign rolled out across display ads, social media, emails, and website banners, creating a full-scale launch. With Zagg’s customization feature, the possibilities for unique characters are endless—just like the cases, tailored for every individual.
